Why this exists
That is the part nobody warns you about, and it is the part this room was built for. Not more information. People who carry the decision with you.

About
Fifteen women who left corporate to build something of their own told us the same thing. The work was never the hard part. Doing it alone was.
Tangram is the room they asked for. A peer board of women who want each other to win. Not a course. Not a mastermind. Nobody on stage.

What we heard
Brokers, coaches, an accountant, a stylist, agency owners, a professor. We asked what it was like and listened. This is what they said.
“We know we can figure anything out. But we also then think that we have to figure it out by ourselves.”
“Time is my richest thing. Like if I can have time to do the things that are important to me. Money is not a driver.”
“I see men networking and amplifying themselves in ways that women do not. With women I feel like we sometimes are more prone to seeing each other as competition instead of finding ways to amplify each other's work.”
“No one talks about that, Bonnie. Nobody brings that up. I can't find a conference that talks about it.”

How to get started
Three steps01
Apply
Five questions. Two minutes.
We read every application ourselves. No form letter, no funnel.
02
Talk
Fifteen minutes with Bonnie or Amanda.
One call, so we can match you to the right five women rather than the next open seat.
03
Join
Your cohort starts in October.
Every other week with your five, the group chat in between, and the bench when you need work taken off your plate.
Ninety days from now, the decision you are sitting on by yourself has five women on it, and the two jobs at the bottom of your list are done.

The Primer

The Rule Book

Who it's for
“I do not fit in any box at all.”
a fractional CEO
Good. Neither does anyone here. Women founders, roughly $500K to $3M in revenue, running lean on purpose. Not looking to build a team. Looking for people who already did the vetting, and a room where you don't have to prove you belong.
What it costs

$99 per month
Twenty-five seats · three months at this rate · $199 per month after
Twenty-five women in the founding room. Your first three months are $99 per month. After that it is $199 per month. Applications for the October cohort close September 30.
Founding-member rate: $99 a month for your first three months. After that, membership is $199 per month. Change or cancel any month, with no term and no minimum.
Membership is by application. Any woman founder can apply; admission is reviewed rather than automatic, and the room stays small on purpose.
