What is a peer board?
A small, standing group of founders who meet regularly to help each other think through real decisions. At Tangram your board is six women founders at your stage, and it meets every two weeks.
How is this different from a networking group or a mastermind?
Networking groups run on pitches and referrals, and masterminds usually run on a program. Tangram runs on the same six people, every two weeks, who get to know your business well enough to be useful. Nobody sells to anyone.
Who is it for?
Women founders, roughly $500K to $3M in revenue, running lean on purpose. Membership is by application.
Is the $99 rate locked in?
No. It's $99 a month for your first three months, then $199.
Do I need to be in Des Moines?
No. Members can be anywhere. The dinners and the retreat are in Des Moines, Iowa.
Can I use Seven without joining?
Yes. Seven is open to any woman who builds. Members get it with their board.
What is Fracs?
Tangram and Fracs are sister companies. Tangram is the room, the network and the programming; Fracs is where the work gets done, billed as you use it. Every Tangram member is a Fracs member automatically. Past the onboarding credits, work is billed as you use it. None of it is included free.
